I was disappointed with the breakfast situation. It was chaotic and hard to find a seat in the cramped area. Additionally, the selection of food was repetitive and often ran out. Poor replenishment made the dining experience frustrating. The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable and too hard for my liking.

I had a fantastic time with my family during our 3-night stay, especially enjoying the free handy smartphone that made navigating Osaka a breeze and the comfy beds that ensured we rested well. The hotel also offers a relaxing spa and a cozy lounge area to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Although breakfast could get chaotic at times, it didn’t spoil our overall experience. 😊

Location is the best! ! Right next to all those ramen eateries! My kids loved that we could just step out and find something delicious to eat every meal, especially the okonomiyaki. Plus, the staff were super helpful when we needed a taxi and offered great advice on where to go.
